These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the u baji platform and all services provided under it. When you register on this site, log in, or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

1 Definitions and Interpretation

Certain words and terms used in these Terms have specific meanings, which are set out below:

• "Platform" — Refers to both the u baji website and its mobile applications (Android and iOS).
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — The personal user profile created through registration on u baji.
• "Services" — Sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and other entertainment activities.
• "Bonus" — Promotional rewards or additional balance provided by u baji.
• "Transaction" — Any deposit, withdrawal, or other financial activity.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

All services on u baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above. You must confirm this requirement at the time of registration. u baji reserves the right to verify your national ID or birth certificate if needed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, u baji reserves the right to cancel all of them and withdraw any associated balance or bonuses.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.4 Password Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at u baji is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported for bank transfers).

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must have completed full verification (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be delayed.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

u baji offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms. Meeting the applicable wagering requirements when claiming a bonus is mandatory.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

• Weekly u baji Reload: 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15x, minimum deposit ৳300.
• u baji Slots Festival: 75% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x, applicable to slot games only.
• u baji Weekend Blast: 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, wagering 10x, valid on the last two days of the week.
• u baji Birthday Gift: reward up to ৳1,500, wagering 5x, once per year.
• Refer a Friend u baji Win: reward up to ৳2,000, wagering 8x, for each successful referral.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• If a bonus is not used within a specified time limit, it will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• u baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5 Gaming and Betting Rules

5.1 Fair Use of Services

All games and betting services on the u baji platform are intended for personal entertainment only. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or closure:

• Fraudulent activity, or attempting to influence game outcomes using any software or bot.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security or damage its systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour towards other members.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in u baji's systems to gain unfair advantage.

5.3 Betting Limits

u baji reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for various games and events. These limits will be shown on the game page or betting interface.

6 VIP Program

u baji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the relevant week.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity on the platform. You must remain active for a specified period to advance to a higher tier. u baji reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.
